Yes on the phone system. We have started to use messaging but it has not caught on yet because not all users are using the softphone on the computer or the app. Currently, we use another third party for the meetings, but as soon as it expires we will start to use.

Currently using Zoom. Not sure on how it stacks up with Goto Meetings because we have not used it yet.
