Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

We use GoTo Connect to direct calls to our appropriate departments, text, and stay in connection with our staff. We have found that the setup and initial support setup were easy enough and went well. It was great to play around with until we got everything set up how we would like it. It is also very easy to change the system after hours as well. The only problem we find is that the calls don't always ring through to all those set up to use it and there doesn't seem to be any current correction for this. There is no rhyme or reason as to when it happens or to which staff member. Sometimes the call won't open correctly by swiping on our cell phones and a call is missed not being able to open the call or it doesn't ring at all and then there is a message.

  • Calls that don't ring through properly
  • Opening the call on a cell phone is not always successful - doesn't matter the type of phone
  • Nice to have out full telephone service for all staff in one service
  • It is very pertinent in our business that all calls are recorded.
  • Frustrating at times when unable to answer a call on cell phones
We only use it for phones and texts. This is great as also the whole office can respond to texts and we can see when it has been completed to not duplicate work but work as a team to be more efficient with response time.

Well suited to provide extensions within the office, works well for on-the-road as it also has an app. It can be challenging when there is no WIFI service or Data challenges.
