Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

We use GoTo Connect to administer our phone system and hardware. I am the administrator of the software, and I help others in the company with any updates, issues, or additions they may need. The GoTo Connect system allows us to be more efficient with communications to our customers as well as within the company and our employees.
  • The support system for the software is very efficient and timely
  • Easy access and manipulation of users & functions within the software
  • I can't think of anything to improve!
  • Easy to use, freeing up my time to work on other things
Easy to understand and implement. I am able to go online to the Support chat and get answers to my questions quickly.
We don't utilize meetings and messaging.
