Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ll employees have access to GotoMeeting. We use it for our team meetings, project reviews, management committees, etc. Our organisation has 5 contact centres, 2 of which are abroad. It's vital to have a tool that enables us to exchange information while limiting travel. The Covid pandemic and the introduction of teleworking have intensified our use.

When a document is presented, I can't see the other people and that's disturbing.

Return on Investment

I'm not aware of the ROI at my level, but this tool has increased the social link between the different entities, particularly with teleworking and covid. Employees have been able to continue working and, with teleworking, we've kept the rituals of getting together.

We have many different types of meeting in our organisation. For small meetings, the tool is practical. Sharing documents is practical. For meetings with a larger number of participants, it's more complicated to facilitate because of the lack of visibility of the people involved. Chat is an interesting way of communicating during meetings.
