Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
ll employees have access to GotoMeeting. We use it for our team meetings, project reviews, management committees, etc. Our organisation has 5 contact centres, 2 of which are abroad. It's vital to have a tool that enables us to exchange information while limiting travel. The Covid pandemic and the introduction of teleworking have intensified our use.

- possibility of placing a background behind the people
- When a document is presented, I can't see the other people and that's disturbing.
- I'm not aware of the ROI at my level, but this tool has increased the social link between the different entities, particularly with teleworking and covid. Employees have been able to continue working and, with teleworking, we've kept the rituals of getting together.
