Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
My business uses Goto Meeting as a video conference channel that our clients can connect with in order to participate in remote sessions. As a recording studio working with all of the major ad agencies in Atlanta, we often record voiceover artists and then create a final audio mix for the project. Producers, writers, etc at the agency can connect with our video conference in order to hear and direct VO talent and also to watch playback of any broadcast mix that involves video. This has made in-person sessions at our studio optional rather than absolutely necessary.

- Easy monthly flat rate autopay billing
- Requires external participants to download app rather than connect in a browser
- Allows remote sessions to involve video rather than just a landline phone patch
- Speeds up approval process for visual media via live playback instead of file sharing
- Reasonable monthly cost to maintain account regardless of daily usage rate
- GoTo Connect and Zoom
Goto Meeting and GoTo Connect are part of the same umbrella so they complement one another to provide audio only phone lines for multiple users/stations in a company as well as video conferencing for use with outside clients. Zoom is very ubiquitous but Goto Meeting works just as well for professionals.
