Use Cases and Deployment Scope

1. A reliable backup to our main platform that we use via Zoom
2. If Zoom ends up having network/connectivity issues, we rely heavily on GoTo Meeting to address out meeting/conference needs
3. Slowly considering using GoTo Meeting as our primary mode of conference calls.
4. Zoom was great for us at the start but as our company scales with hundreds of more employees, we are looking for a bit more stable application; that being GoTo Meeting

Variety of integrations available so we can fit GoTo into our tech stack
Affordability
Privacy controls are very user friendly

Technical issues ; downtime are a bit longer than desired
File sharing can be challenging
Some bandwidth issues when getting on a call with overseas team

Return on Investment

A really great alternative to Zoom
Cost efficient with similar functionality as competitors but for a much lower cost

Zoom and Microsoft Teams

Similar functionality at a much more affordable rate. There are so many similarities that when looking at the applications holistically, it's a great solution (or even a backup solution) to any current conference application you might be using. Outside of the bandwidth issue, I really do enjoy using this application

When you are testing out conference applications as your company scales, GoTo Meeting is a very affordable solution. It offers many of the similar functions as other applications but at a much affordable rate. It's well suited to US based / different time zone meetings and screensharing as never really been a big issue for us. We hope that GoTo will increase it's bandwidth so we can connect consistently with overseas teams (without needing to use Zoom)
