Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve

It is used for customer solutions and better control of requirements fulfilled by each Team. This tool helps to makes user experience easier and have visibility of the status of each request. We have over 500 requests for products or services in Help Desk, this create a real financial positive impact for our organization.

Very easy and friendly to use, the average user using this tool reads request from start to finish (even the really long ones!). Our management is very interested in the details of our customer experience level, this tool helps to have metric for customer satisfaction, is really helpful to quantify this goal in order to improve or avoid issues in future.
Remote access has been a great opportunity to have customer service 24/7, also customer satisfaction improved over 30% this year compared with last year results, this puts us in better situation and help to save time in processes and specially to invest time from our resources in other activities.
Great functionality and ease of use, also makes life easier with the ability of create visual helps or visual aids for management reporting, this information is pulled from this tool and presented to management in a monthly basis, the goal from this year was reached from customer satisfaction standpoint and part of the achievement was this tool.

This tool is better if it's used in a daily basis for monitoring and solutions will be more effective. Not recommended to use this tool when we have exception to the process, might not be helpful. In just the past month, over 100 different reviews have been used to help make key business decisions.
