Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Webinar

We use it to communicate with outside parties and other companies, organizations, and people. We use it for meetings when it is beneficial to share screens and present visual information. It is used mainly for meetings with other entities who use the software. It is not used for internal meetings with staff.

GoTo Webinar is fairly easy to use and get accustomed to. It does not seem like there is a lot of time needed to become familiar with the software before using it. It is fairly intuitive.

The functionality and features seem fairly similar between the two in my experience. It depends more on an individual user or business preference.

GoTo Webinar is good for business meetings and calls in which it is beneficial to have webcams on and to share screens in order to present visual information for discussion or review. It is also good if you want to record the meetings for record-keeping or to watch back later.
