Use Cases and Deployment Scope

From a user standpoint, I cannot think of any particular issues that I have run into while using Goto Webinar. It seems to be easy to navigate and works smoothly. The quality of the product is good and allows many users to be on it all at once without having to be on site or lagging/slowing down the webinar.

Usability

We think that GoTo Webinar's overall usability is very user friendly. As I previously stated, even new users have not run into many issues with this program as it is quite simple overall. This helps with the broad range of age groups to utilize this program especially if you are within a large company.

Alternatives Considered

GoTo Meeting

We tried GoTo Meeting before and I think that GoTo Webinar stacks up against GoTo Meeting by being quite similar. They both share a lot of similar features but I beleive Goto Webinar targets those who have larger groups within the meeting. GoTo Webinar also allows for additional features that GoTo Meeting did not provide such as polling.

Likelihood to Recommend

I think that it is a great tool/ platform for video conferences and face to face time between groups. It is pretty simple to use and does not require a downloaded version to use it similar to zoom. A downloaded version is also great and loads quicker in my opinion and already has my relivant information such as name. Overall, a great product for many scenarios.
