Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Webinar
I am a presenter and I use GoToWebinar to deliver presentations on various topics. GTW has a LOT of features for presenting, not all of which are used. We use GTM in conjunction with Zoom, depending on what is needed or who the webinars are through. For attendees to use GTW, they only have to download a little bit of of software.

- can be a resource hog
- not always accurate with "attentive" data
- not as popular as zoom anymore
- As a presenter, GoToWebinar is very easy to use without needing setup
- Can be frustrating for attendees who are expecting or used to Zoom
- Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Zoom is the biggest and most well-known competitor. We use both, although lately have been using Zoom more. I think they both can be good, but I think GoToWebinar offers more participant and engagement data, and also makes it easier to share files. But Zoom is more user-friendly, more accessible.
