We used it as a way to communicate when working from home, when updating distributors, when holding training, and many other uses.

Alternatives Considered

Google Hangouts (Classic), Skype for Business (formerly Lync), now part of Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Zoom Events

GoTo Meeting, [in my experience,] is severely underwhelming compared [to] the three that I mentioned above. If you are trying to decide to use either GoTo Meeting or Skype for Business [I feel] you have chosen your two worst options. Zoom and Google Hangouts, especially Google Hangouts, are much more affordable and better-functioning services that can be provided.

With the other more affordable options that do the same things that GoTo Meeting offers, it does not make sense, [in my opinion,] to use GoTo Meeting. There are more affordable options such as google meetings that provide the same thing that GoTo Meetings offers and much more than they do at a much lower cost.

GoTo Meeting is good, but not worth the money.
