Overall Satisfaction with GoToWebinar
Marketing, sales, and operations all use GoToWebinar for lead generation and retention purposes. For lead generation, we typically have about 100 people registered and 40 attending. We collect all data through a third party though (Pardot), and we love that it seamlessly integrates between the two. For all purposes, we use GoToWebinar a ton to record webinars and then push the recordings out over time.
- Integrates with Pardot/Salesforce (others say they do, but they don't!)
- Records for future playback
- I hate the initiation of a webinar. We never know if it's working or not.
- We've had trouble with dialing in. This has caused major issues.
I'm hating ON24 right now because they said they had a direct Pardot integration, but they don't. (They use a third-party provider, which means the set-up is intense and time consuming). Also, while ON24 seems to have better reporting and a more obvious kick-off process, they have a huge lag time when presenting that can cause issues.
