An ATS worth having!
Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse
Greenhouse is utilized in our organization as an ATS system. Our aim is to organize our candidates by role they apply to, the software reflects the roles to linkedin and other websites so that potential employees can see the roles and apply. The software also goes beyond this basic ATS feature by allowing us to source through resumes by key word, and to run reports to look at specific recruiting statistics.
Pros
- Greenhouse has an excellent ability to read resumes so that you can source through applicants in a very similar fashion to linkedin sourcing.
- Ability to set up auto interview scheduling for first round interviews
- Posting roles is quite simple
Cons
- Better auto scheduling abilities (ie panel interviews, setting up more than 1 at once, helping with canceling/rescheduling)
- Can be difficult to get managers trained on the tool
- Permission access is super annoying - ie when you set up an interview this does not automatically give the interviewer permission to view the interviewee's resume
- Greenhouse has improved hiring efficiency and time to hire
- Greenhouse has improved ease in which we schedule first step interviews
