Overall Satisfaction with GRIN
As an agency, we use GRIN for all our clients/brands to build out their influencer/ affiliate/ and referral programs. Grin allows us to find and reach a ton of influencers, but most importantly it makes it easy to track performance and be able to tie and ROI to these programs which are sometimes more TOFU than conversion based. Everything is easy from building campaigns to comms and tracking to payment.

We used Mavrck before and it was SO glitchy - even the commissions would be hard to decipher. The product was bad, the customer support was slow and unhelpful and in general, it was just lacking SO many necessary features that I definitely take for granted with GRIN.

I don't think I purchased premium anything, I think the awesome support is just standard
Yes - Yes and it was fixed in a few hours and both the CS and my AM continued to check in after to make sure everything was working
I couldn't sign into my account (I left my account signed into a brand we were deleting so it was glitching when I went to sign in since you sign back into the brand you left off on) and reached out to support. They had my issue solved in like 2 hours and only 3 back and forth messages which was nice so I could work on other things while they were working on that. Then they checked in a few times after to make sure everything continued to work as planned and let me know what the issue was.
