We've been very happy with the Grin experience as it lets us invest in own our influencer relationships. We can always tap outside agencies for quick support and additional amplifications within their community, but our North Star is to create the best authentic 1-1 relationships with our community

Customer service and community on the platform is superb. Very happy with the support and robust capabilities that are included within GRIN. If you put in the effort to learn all of the functionality, you can create incredible experiences for a signup, support, and relationship management with your community. The staff of GRIN is very knowledgeable and responsive, as well. Cannot recommend the advanced reporting package enough - as it saves our team hours of pulling data, and gives us the metrics we need in real-time to pivot strategy and report the wins!
