Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is an efficiency software tool designed to help sales reps stay organized with sending emails, booking meeting times, and following up on important reminders. Additionally, the Groove platform integrates with G Suite and Salesforce to create a seamless log of all activities.

Pros

  • Create and control email templates for common responses.
  • Allow clients to quickly and easily book time on my calendar based on my availability.
  • Run analytic reports to track and review email open rates, response rates, and more.

Cons

  • Sometimes the Groove system can 'lose' reminders without reason.
  • It's given me the ability to quickly run reports on my emails to see open rates and response rates.
  • It has saved me countless hours of manually checking for reminders.
Groove is ideal for sending emails, staying organized, and tracking activities. The platform is not the strongest when it comes to outbound calling due to limitations with reporting.
Groove has one of the best customer support teams I've worked with. They are quick to respond, very helpful, and ultimately provide quick resolutions.

Groove is a great fit if you're looking for an all-in-one tool to help manage email outreach, calendar & meeting times, along with reminders for following up on important tasks.

If you're looking to send detailed one-off emails, this is not the platform to use.
