Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Just usd across sales and account management. It helps with reminders, contacts, organization and outreach.
  • Saves time by providing efficient ways to send email blasts, reminders and follow ups
  • Simplifies adding contact information directly from emails
  • Allows you to work off hours and schedule emails to be sent at prime times
  • Knowing if you're adding a new contact or if it already exists in Salesforce
  • Easier way to search by industry to only send emails to those contacts
  • More simple solution for adding a step after Groove Blast has been sent out
  • Allows me to add new contacts by vertical so that marketing materials reach the appropriate folks, ultimately leading to increased engagement.
  • I'm not missing deadlines, leading to better customer service.
  • Remembering to follow up, email persistence leads to calls, leads to meetings, leads to closing deals
Response time is excellent. Team is always willing to hop on a call to walk through new product features or specific tools we need more training on. There have been a few instances where some of our questions weren't able to be answered (i.e. why isn't. my Groove blast reaching my entire account list, why are contacts still active in other flows, etc.) but overall support is reliable and helpful.
Fairly intuitive and extremely efficient. I'm mostly only using the basic functions so don't have insight around more of the multi-step flows, calendar features, etc.

Keeps me organized by streamlining the process for adding new contacts, keeping track of emails sent, opens, clicks, etc and setting reminders to follow up. Allows me to efficiently distribute content to my large list of accounts as well as to niche accounts by uploading custom lists from Salesforce. Gives me the ability to catch up on work late at night and have emails be sent out first thing in the morning when they are more likely to be opened and read through .
