Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove for targeted outreach to prospects at key accounts. Groove enables us to conduct this outreach in a scalable, user-friendly and intuitive way that maximizes our productivity. Its easy integration with Linkedin and ability to add "other actions" in a flow help with multi-channel communication which has been a great asset. Groove also allows us to update our database frequently, as it is very easy to fix bounced emails and update job titles, etc.

  • Increased productivity in carrying out campaigns, leading to more activity and more engagement with our prospects. I've booked more meetings as a result.
Overall, Groove is VERY user friendly especially compared to previously used tools (Cirrus Insight). I would just love some additional features/customization options. Somewhere they can improve is the template selection window within your inbox, as it can be hard to navigate the various templates/names.
We used Cirrus Insight before Groove. We switched to Groove as it is far more user friendly -- allowing me to scale my campaigns more efficiently, saving me time.

Groove is well suited for SDRs and BDRs that conduct outbound communication via email and linkedin specifically. While I do not use this feature personally, it is my understanding that Groove is also a great asset for cold-calling of prospects as they have steps for that as well.
