Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I used groove as a part of our tools to be able reached our customer via email and also its help us to notify Realtime its also help us to see if the customer already open our email and review the documents that we sent to our customer so we can notify as Realtime

because since we start in our job here in Uber the tools that we always used is groove because some of our customer didn't able to answer their phone and some of them is too busy to their business therefore using groove in our email we can easily notify us if our client or customer already open or ready to communicate with us via email.
for me ill never had a negative experience for groove for almost two years that I'm using groove its helps me a lot but there is no bad feedback or experience that I encounter and also maybe in small re updating the application maybe that is the stack up of the groove

the best thing in groove is we can have a way to communicate our customer without calling them since some of the customer is to busy to pick up or answer their phone calls so using email and also the groove we can definitely notify when the customer already see or open our email
