Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Used for outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow up process. Business problem is that we are new in region and there is heavy focus on pipeline generation - this tool helps ensure outbound has a proper process to follow.

very easy to use and simple to follow when onboarding into the product. Process stays the same no matter where you work.
