Overall Satisfaction with Guru

We use Guru as a knowledge base and training system. It allows everyone in all departments to stay on top of important changes and allows for consistency and efficiency in working with our clients. I use it daily.

  • in an age of remote work, it keeps everyone on the same page without having a meeting for every small issue

You can add a Guru card for literally every process of your job. It is incredibly helpful for training purposes. We also use it for templates for the many contracts we provide. It allows everyone in our department to have access to the most up to date changes on everything we need to know - providing efficiency and consistency for our clients.
