We have been using Halogen for our employee performance appraisals since 2009. Very easy to use and to customize and the customer/tech support service is one of the best I have ever dealt with. They are 99% always immediately available and have always been able to solve any issues that may arise.
- Provide many options to customize our employee performance appraisal process
- Very easy to function
- Easy to access performance appraisal archives
- Customer Service/Tech Support is super equipped to answer any question and resolve any issue
- I wish there was a simpler way we can customize our data more to our needs
- Would like to receive any notifications to approve prior to notifications going out to the entire company
- increased employee efficiency, employees are able to first rate themselves, then get rated by their supervisor
I don't even remember what company we used prior to 2009 and how much more advanced they have become since then, but it definitely was not as advanced and easy to use as Halogen.
