Overall Satisfaction with Heap
We have been using Heap to better understand our web traffic and how users are experiencing the journey across our site. Currently, it is just being used in marketing. However, we expect to tie Heap activity into Drip, our marketing automation platform, much like Heap has been used with Autopilot.

- User-friendliness for non-developers
- A more reasonable entry price point
- Hard to place a dollar value on it, but the analytics are easier to understand, in some respects, than Google.
