Overall Satisfaction with Heap
Heap translates our raw platform data and pulls valuable reports and insights out. I translate these results, compare them to platform averages and use them to provide recommendations to my clients regarding their hiring process, role setups, regions they should target, etc. The bulk of Heap analysis is for monthly client meetings with senior decision-makers.
- Raw data translation, into a digestible format for use.
- Lots of filters and customisation.
- Easy onboarding, simple to use design.
- Load times (unsure whether this is our side/setup).
- I'd like to be able to click on locked dashboards and extract a table based simply on what I'm seeing. Not to edit but to view in greater detail.
