Overall Satisfaction with Hibob

I use Hibob as the main administrator to manage our 700+ employees. The business problems the product addresses are our processes for onboarding and offboarding employees and all the relevant tasks and flows involved within. We use it for our performance reviews, compensation tracking, documentation, time off, reports, and analysis. Hibob tracks the lifecycle changes that occur frequently as well as our internal mobility cycles. Hibob is an incredible tool to combine all relevant information for and HRIS to do their job as effectively as they can.

Hibob is very well suited to track an employee's lifecycle, onboarding and offboarding employees and all the relevant tasks and flows involved within; performance reviews, compensation, relevant documentation, time off policies, reports, and analysis. Hibob is less effective in combining task lists together in folders. for example- adding a folder per site then adding the relevant tasks for that site, it gets very messy. another thing is the lack of grabbing one's attention when tasks and emails all get sent with 'via Hibob' in the title, people tend to ignore and snooze these notifications. rather the email that was sent to me requesting a review, that grabbed my attention!
