Overall Satisfaction with Hibob
We use Hibob as our main HRIS system and as our source of truth. We use it in all areas of the employee lifecycle. For example with on onboarding and offboarding workflows and probation and performance reviews. We also use it to store employee documents and information. As a the people team we use the reports section to analyse the data.

- Automating admin to do with onboarding and offboarding.

- In career progression mapping, the goals and really customisable to the business needs.
- In the engagement surveys it would be good if you could customise the data we use.

HIbob is customisable and fun and really personal which is great for us as a business as we like to keep our tone of voice throughout our communications. Deel is great for various uses but doesn't have the same customisable options. HIbob is also super user friendly. None of our employees have issues using it and the team find manipulating the data super easy tooo.
