Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite

I love how easy it is to use Hootsuite. When I was first introduced to it, I wasn't sure I would be able to figure out how to use it. But, with some experimentation, I succeeded! I use it to post my specials and other pertinent information to my FB and Instagram pages. It helps me to be able to reach more people and enhances my business.

Pros

  • Makes it easy to post to social media.
  • Let's me schedule posts so I don't forget.
  • The content library is a great way to keep my inventory updated.

Cons

  • Pricing for the Pro could be lower.
  • I have never used any other platform, so I don't really know.
  • My business is not huge but Hootsuite has increased my sales and communications with my customers by allowing me to reach more people.
I really haven't tried other platforms and as long as I can continue to use Hootsuite, I will.
I have never had reason to contact for support.

In my business, I like to update my social media each day with new info, products, sales, etc and I love that I am able to schedule ahead of time so I don't forget to do so. This is the main reason I use it.
