Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite Pro
We currently use Hootsuite Pro to manage and schedule our social media posts from Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Though Human Resources has access to these accounts, it's usually the marketing department that are the working custodians of these platforms. It's been a help to us, especially on nights and weekend posting as well as re-posting older content.
Pros
- Organize Social Media Content
- Able to post to many accounts at once
- Weekly analytic email
Cons
- While novel, the analytic reports can go more in depth
- Instagram functionality continues to be wonky (due to IG's closed API)
- Dashboard panel can become cluttered
