Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

Hubspot is used across our organization from our internal sales team, our copywriting team, our designers & developers, to our account services, marketing and consulting teams. It has streamlined our internal processes putting all our marketing efforts at the fingertips of anyone in our organization regardless of technical expertise. Anyone can view a contacts digital body language, create a landing page, or edit a blog post with ease. Our marketing and consulting team can now accurately report on the ROI of our own and our clients efforts while building out campaigns at a level of sophistication not possible before we implemented HubSpot.

  • Closed loop analytics are a bit hard to use because they track customers to their first marketing touch instead of close date.
  • Their new persona tool is limited in out of the box functionality and not as robust as I'd like.

HubSpot is much easier to use and a more effective tool for all your marketing and digital efforts (ie. website design and management, social media, etc.)
