Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
We use HubSpot as an inbound marketing tool at our agency for our clients. I manage several clients using HubSpot as a way to attract visitors and generate leads. It addresses needs related to content development, lead generation, SEO strategy and analytics/reporting.
- Website development - easy to use templates, modules, and editors to develop modern and functional websites.
- Blogging, email, content publishing - it provides every level of content development needed from in-line editing, personalization, SEO optimization/suggestions, and scheduling.
- I currently don't have a con to report, but when I have had a complaint or issue, their support staff has been extremely accessible, friendly and curious to find solutions or embrace critique to make changes.
- Increase in leads from website.
- Automated features have improved efficiency.
- Access to more education/resources/experience through the software has grown our team's knowledge and ability to better strategize for clients going forward.
