Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We are currently a HubSpot platinum partner and use the CRM for our own purposes as well as for our clients to manage the full funnel from marketing through sales. What we have found is the integration with the tool is critical to our ability to track leads and how they convert overall. I also love the feature to listen in to sales calls after they take place so we can hear how our message is moving and how we can improve overall.

- Very positive! We are able to track full funnel follow up at the call center level better than ever before.
As mentioned previously we use Salesforce internally for a more complex sales process. HubSpot is great at the basic level and gives you what you need to manage a sales process. However when you are looking for complex reporting and dashboards Salesforce is a better solution. It really depends on the size of your sales organization and tracking needs. I have not gotten deep into looking at the reporting fields with the HubSpot CRM so am anxious to see how that helps.
