Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
As the European business partner of a Canadian company, I have started to use HubSpot CRM on a regular basis. It is used across the whole organization. My leads are defined by the company and added to my stream. In addition I am using details from site visitors to add more leads to my stream.
- Intuitive and friendly to use - menus and option are clear and not too difficult to use.
- Company details at your fingertips.
- Not really fit to operate with multiple currencies, timezones etc.
- I love drill down graphs and charts...it would be great if this could be added.
- I can immediately see who is interested and when they are interested in my business.
- Ease of use.
- Integration with Gmail.
The company I am working with did make this choice. The fact that it is intuitive, transparent and resourceful might have driven this decision.
