Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Currently our sales and marketing department utilizes the HubSpot CRM to track deals as well as look at client engagement with our marketing efforts.
- Tracks customer engagement and interaction quite well.
- HubSpot's integration with Sidekick for Business is truly helpful, even allowing the call recordings of our sales team to be inserted in the the customer interaction timeline.
- Easy to use and customize.
- Currently there is no Outlook integration to link HubSpot contacts to meetings, tasks, etc.
- Drop down menus do not always populate data (on latest version of Chrome). Page refresh resolves this.
- Utilizing Sidekick for Business templates within the CRM has saved an enormous amount of time.
- Our team is better informed on the customer's interaction with us in the timeline view as opposed to the arcane view that Salesforce offers us.
We were one of the beta sites for the CRM and initially it wasn't strong enough for us to consider using. We needed to transition away from ACT! and ended up with Salesforce. We find Salesforce to be overkill for our needs and the UX is awful. As soon as we [see that] Outlook Integration is available we will take a strong look at full adoption of the CRM across our organization. HubSpot also offers integration with ZenDesk for ticket tracking which is something that we've heard good things about.
