Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use the HubSpot CRM in both the sales and marketing department. It allows both departments to interact with ease, and for everyone to see what efforts are specifically done with each new lead that comes from the website.
  • It's free... who could ask for a better price?
  • Very easy to use.
  • Easy to see what efforts are being made by the sales team.
  • Reporting features are lacking.
  • Easy to see what efforts are done between the different departments.
Salesforce was way too expensive, and the fact that we currently use HubSpot for our marketing efforts and it comes with a free CRM sealed the deal.
HubSpot CRM is probably best for smaller companies.
