Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use the HubSpot CRM in both the sales and marketing department. It allows both departments to interact with ease, and for everyone to see what efforts are specifically done with each new lead that comes from the website.

Salesforce was way too expensive, and the fact that we currently use HubSpot for our marketing efforts and it comes with a free CRM sealed the deal.
