We use HubSpot across the whole organization.
The Sales flow from prospecting to scheduling a demo, follow, then to closing the deals.
Then the information flows to our support team to implement our service and support our customers using our SaaS servcie, and through the support process to service our customers.

- The population of new prospect information from a website or email address.
- The ability to have many pipelines itemized in the sales cycle.
- The ability to have many email templates to email customer to be more efficient.
- Changing the screen layout on updates.
- A little more intuitive in certain areas.

We are doing more marketing outreach to generate warm leads versus having to call cold leads.
