It is used by the prospecting and sales department. It helps keep the sales funnel organized and up to date. The software makes it very easy to sort through and organize thousands of potential contacts. Once they're organized to your preferences, simultaneously being able to contact who you need to, take notes on the interaction, and schedule future plans makes it much easier to keep track of all of our leads. That way, even if I haven't heard from a contact in months, I can quickly find them amid thousands of other leads and view their website, email, etc. and refresh my memory with the notes taken previously. All of these functions also have phenomenal synchronicity with the HubSpot mobile app.

The product I was most familiar with prior to using HubSpot CRM was BizWhiz, which does not even compare to HubSpot CRM's efficiency and comprehensiveness on any level. HubSpot CRM is by far the quickest and most efficient way to streamline your sales funnel and allow your sales and marketing teams to spend more time on what really matters to your company.
