Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

It is used by the prospecting and sales department. It helps keep the sales funnel organized and up to date. The software makes it very easy to sort through and organize thousands of potential contacts. Once they're organized to your preferences, simultaneously being able to contact who you need to, take notes on the interaction, and schedule future plans makes it much easier to keep track of all of our leads. That way, even if I haven't heard from a contact in months, I can quickly find them amid thousands of other leads and view their website, email, etc. and refresh my memory with the notes taken previously. All of these functions also have phenomenal synchronicity with the HubSpot mobile app.

Extremely user friendly and easy to navigate, even for folks who aren't particularly tech savvy or do not require comprehensive information from contact to contact. The ability to personalize and customize every widget to your own needs and specifications is second to none. In a matter of seconds, you can edit your view to have 25-50 points of reference for more comprehensive information, or have a very limited and basic view of only a handful of points of reference if that is all you require.
This software has made it much easier for our marketing team to sift through freshly added contacts, verify the validity of contact info to save time for the sales team, and be able to provide them with prequalified warm leads which in turn leads to a higher success rate on all fronts.
The product I was most familiar with prior to using HubSpot CRM was BizWhiz, which does not even compare to HubSpot CRM's efficiency and comprehensiveness on any level. HubSpot CRM is by far the quickest and most efficient way to streamline your sales funnel and allow your sales and marketing teams to spend more time on what really matters to your company.

Optimal for organizing large sales funnels, keeping track of large amount of contacts and interacting with potential customers one by one. Might have some drawbacks for folks with extremely large sales funnels who need to send large batches of template emails simultaneously. Overall, if you're having a hard time keeping track of everyone in your sales funnel, no matter the size, this is the right software for you.
