Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Our whole organization uses HubSpot, but it's mostly for the Sales team to keep track of deals, customers, organizations, and other related data. We use it to set reminders on when to follow up with leads, and also to categorize ongoing deals and negotiations. It also helps us to keep our metrics where they need to be, as far as KPIs, calls, etc.
- I like the dashboard - there are some really neat graphs and data presented.
- It's easy to add new customers - whether that's by importing data from a spreadsheet, or entering information manually.
- There are many filters to sort by customer, state, region, salesperson, etc.
- I feel like the activity feed can be somewhat cluttered.
- Sometimes it's more confusing than it needs to be to alter properties.
- You have to refresh the page after adding a contact/email before you can write an email to that contact (but not always).
- The search function isn't the best I've used, it will sometimes miss relevant hits for some reason, causing double-entry at times.
- We've organized our pipeline by 30%.
- We've improved our key call KPIs by 50%.
- We've added 300 new contacts a month using HubSpot.
