Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Our whole organization uses HubSpot, but it's mostly for the Sales team to keep track of deals, customers, organizations, and other related data. We use it to set reminders on when to follow up with leads, and also to categorize ongoing deals and negotiations. It also helps us to keep our metrics where they need to be, as far as KPIs, calls, etc.
  • I like the dashboard - there are some really neat graphs and data presented.
  • It's easy to add new customers - whether that's by importing data from a spreadsheet, or entering information manually.
  • There are many filters to sort by customer, state, region, salesperson, etc.
  • I feel like the activity feed can be somewhat cluttered.
  • Sometimes it's more confusing than it needs to be to alter properties.
  • You have to refresh the page after adding a contact/email before you can write an email to that contact (but not always).
  • The search function isn't the best I've used, it will sometimes miss relevant hits for some reason, causing double-entry at times.
  • We've organized our pipeline by 30%.
  • We've improved our key call KPIs by 50%.
  • We've added 300 new contacts a month using HubSpot.
I've used some really outdated, less than ideal software in the past. Software without support for an optical mouse, just arrow keys, and F1 to go forward, and F4 to go backward. HubSpot is a huge step up from that. It's also web-enabled, cloud-based (I assume), and is generally very easy to pick up and understand and gain mastery.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

It's great for those in the start-up space in my opinion. It's got a really straightforward, easy-to-use, easy-to-learn interface. The user interface is friendly and readable. It's a powerful tool to add leads from other sources, such as ZoomInfo or other data aggregators. It may be less suited for very large corporations, or those who need more customized CRM software. I do feel that HubSpot has a good degree of flexibility though.
