Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
It is mainly used as a CRM system. Mainly the Sales and Customer Success department use HubSpot. Also, many of us use HubSpot to schedule our tasks. Otherwise, it is used mainly for retrieving client info, scheduling calls and emails to clients. We further do regular CSV exports for our own reporting.

- Deals lists update slowly.
- Deal Values sometimes not transferred from synced backend.
- Default view too zoomed in.
- Eases up reporting a bit
- Helps sales reps to focus on high priority clients
- Streamlines tasks
