Use for business development and outreach to gain new clients.
  • Send automatic emails.
  • Keep track of the lifecycle of a deal.
  • Be a central location for teams to keep track of all of their leads.
  • Sometimes change the interface and not for the better.
  • Often has errors/pages don't load.
  • Could be more customizable.
  • We have been able to scale up outreach to past what we could do manually.
  • Improved deal cycle time.
Like it better than NetSuite CRM or Outreach.
