Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Basically we use it for a database of all our customer subscribers' info, sending them emails, reminders, updating contact info... It really helps us become more efficient, organized, and well prepared when it comes to customer service, and it's a very helpful tool to have.

  • Tasks reminders very important.
  • Same customer 2 business which use same email.
  • Provide icons for business customers or personal customers.
  • More templates on emails.
  • Cost savings.
  • Faster production.
  • Better organized...faster service.
Very easy to adopt...user-friendly.
For me it's up there because it's cost friendly, user friendly, and has support. Three main things you need for a CRM.

I basically recommend it where they need a CRM...and I have used other CRM but HubSpot is up there within my favorites. I think you can configure HubSpot to be appropriate it many different business...you just need some time to configure it first.
