Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Hubspot is our main CRM assisting functions across the business from Sales to Marketing. This program allows us to streamline our service to clients, ensuring that all touchpoints are well-documented and visible across the organization. We are also able to ensure that the sales process is clean and easy to understand through the use of Dashboards, deals, and tasks. The ability to set up sequence emails and re-targeting emails are fantastic, and it's extremely easy to customize them to each individual client these get sent to.

- Gmail integration/calendar integration.
- Easy to teach the basics but hard to master the intricacies.
- Integration with our phone system (3cx).
- Recent change of fonts but not streamlined across the whole platform.
- Ability to track commissions and sales in hubspot for better visibility.
- Increased sales rep adoption.
- Increase revenue and decrease churn.
- Increase onboarding.
