Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

It helps me a lot, I think that could be more detailed the part of creating a new task when you upload some message, email or anything like that.

I use it to save tasks to remember with who I need to talk, the deal to see how much I'm currently negociating.

Actually I Didn't used any other CRM for sales.
I think it's all about timming.

Most of the times you don't need to actually talk to other people, unless it's too specific, because Hubspot have an amazing way to organize the activities and tasks.

Emailing inside hubspot when you use templates is more difficult than when you have the extension and do it directly from Gmail.

The tasks is really usefull, specially when you have a lot of contacts to do.
But I think that the activies to do could be agrouped by people who will be, like if I have more than 5 contacts in Brazil and someone has more 5 in other region, it gets messy in the "resume" of the company
