Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I book large group events and use HubSpot as a reservation system. Also, I use it to keep track of prospecting attempts and follow ups with potential clients.
- Task Management
- Ease of making reservations
- Detailed reports and dashboards
- I can only enroll clients in a sequence from the contact page. I run filters on previous deals and need to mass assign tasks to them, however there is no option to do this.
- Its hard to remember to associate deal owner, company, contact when setting task. I suppose that's my own problem, but often times it becomes hidden when creating future tasks.
- Inability to download quotes with outdated format. Have to clone, which seems unnecessary.
- Saved money, as it is less expensive than previous application
