Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot as a directory of contacts. HubSpot centralises this information clearly and effectively, allowing my colleagues and I to clearly see who our clients and leads are. I also use it to send sequences, which is their bulk emailing function, which is much more effective than emailing people individually.
- Allows people to collaborate
- Stores information clearly
- Integrates well with other tools
- It's difficult to build a list of contacts when you're not importing from a spreadsheet
- You can only enroll 50 people into a sequence at a time even though you can send 500 emails in a given day; this is inefficient
- It automatically creates new contacts when you receive an email but, for the most part, the contact created is missing lots of information
