Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot as a directory of contacts. HubSpot centralises this information clearly and effectively, allowing my colleagues and I to clearly see who our clients and leads are. I also use it to send sequences, which is their bulk emailing function, which is much more effective than emailing people individually.

  • Stores information clearly
  • Integrates well with other tools
  • It's difficult to build a list of contacts when you're not importing from a spreadsheet
  • You can only enroll 50 people into a sequence at a time even though you can send 500 emails in a given day; this is inefficient
  • It automatically creates new contacts when you receive an email but, for the most part, the contact created is missing lots of information
  • Increased efficiency
  • More traction with outreach
  • Cost savings

HubSpot is great if you are looking for a tool to centralise all of your contacts and information on business deals. It's sequence function is great for sales campaigns as it allows you send up to 500 emails in a given day fairly seamlessly and it is much more efficient than doing it individually.
