We use HubSpot to manage all of our sales pipelines to communicate with prospects, funnel them through the sales cycle, and record all customer information needed in order to quickly and effectively stay on top of our process. This solves the problem of missing opportunities and staying organized.
- Very user friendly way of navigating through workflows
- detailed way of collecting data and using it to keep records and show important business analytics
- Makes it very easy to keep track of customers/current prospects in order to fill pipeline and moved through the sales cycle
- I have trouble with sound settings. when there are multiple speaker or microphone options sometimes calls default to the wrong ones and I cant find anywhere to change this in the settings
- Filtering sales pipeline and revenue brought it by the month could be more user-friendly or trainings on how to do this

HS CRM stacks of very well for a rep to use and stay on top of the pipeline. Sherpa was designed for a particular industry with more financials built into it for deals but overall the adoption of HS is much better and like using it more
