Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Managing and tracking enquiries made by Employees of Corporations

Organizing a database of contacts/companies/deals and tasks that can be completed with no confusion.

It provides a simple and efficient way of keeping everything labelled and maintained properly. Without the numerous features that help with organization, it would be very difficult to keep track of everything that you are responsible for.
The scope of my use is constant day to day use - it is the 'Hub' of everything i work on and has everything all in one place.
  • Keeps everything in one place, so it is easy to track and manage
  • Has numerous useful features such as creating tasks, using filters, logging and scheduling meetings etc
  • Has a very well designed website which makes it easy to navigate and especially easy to get a lot of work done faster than it might have been if i was using a different software.
  • Has very good note taking options, particularly when calling someone
  • Notifications could pop up and be more noticeable.
  • The tracking feature could be improved, sometimes the emails don't log or it says the recipient of an email has opened it but they actually haven't.
  • Honestly nothing else its basically flawless
  • Positively impacted the amount of enquiries i can track at one time
  • Positively impacted my ability to reach out to potential prospects
  • Both of the above have led to revenue growth not only for me but for my colleagues
This software is night and day difference to GoogleCRM

Very well suited to managing deals/enquiries in sales. Has all the information in one place, you can associate things to each other. The ability to track emails works well and helps identify how keen a prospect is.

Making outbound calls is effortless because everything is associated to each other and always brings up the notes so you can track what the prospect is saying easily.
