- Keeps everything in one place, so it is easy to track and manage
- Has numerous useful features such as creating tasks, using filters, logging and scheduling meetings etc
- Has a very well designed website which makes it easy to navigate and especially easy to get a lot of work done faster than it might have been if i was using a different software.
- Has very good note taking options, particularly when calling someone
- Notifications could pop up and be more noticeable.
- The tracking feature could be improved, sometimes the emails don't log or it says the recipient of an email has opened it but they actually haven't.
- Honestly nothing else its basically flawless
- Positively impacted the amount of enquiries i can track at one time
- Positively impacted my ability to reach out to potential prospects
- Both of the above have led to revenue growth not only for me but for my colleagues
