Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot for my day-to-day out reach. It keeps me organized on who I have reached out to and who I need to reach out to as well as any notes that are relevant to any conversations I am having. I also use it to import contacts from sales nav.

Previously I have used Salesloft. I find HubSpot to be a much smoother experience.

It's well suited for doing outreach. I have created several sequences that my team and I utilize day-to-day in order to successfully do our jobs.
