Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot to organize my leads and tasks everyday. I'm able to navigate through my tasks easily and log all my calls, notes, emails, etc all in one spot. I wish I had HubSpot in my previous positions. It would have made things much easier.
  • Link my emails from outlook to the HubSpot system and logs it on the proper contact.
  • Create and manage tasks easily.
  • Allows me to call with one click.

  • I have issues with my emails being tracked in HubSpot sometimes even when logged in on both outlook and HubSpot.

Well Suited: for sales companies, companies that need to track stats between employees, companies that need to log their leads in one place, and more.
Less Appropriate: Companies that don't use stats and numbers and sales much.
