Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot is one of our main Marketing tools, mainly focused on sending out email updates and newsletters to our partners and potential ones. Queries also come in through the website chat that can be navigated in HubSpot. Another use for the platform is we contact possible candidates through the contact form from the website to HubSpot and maintain a database of the potential talents as well.
  • User-friendly navigation of everything.
  • A good filtering option to create reports.
  • A useful tool to analyze data whenever, wherever.
  • One thing is an automatic spam filter that should detect fraud just by emails or poorly written chats.
  • Undo button for sending.
  • It is an efficient tool for saving marketing costs.
  • Giving a good forecast on the next billing cycle.
It's very user-friendly and details. Unlike other platforms, HubSpot is well-integrated with other apps which makes it more useful.
