Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We deal with many accounts, this can be current customers, new customers, or even new leads. HubSpot CRM allows us to organize all of these brands, companies, accounts, customers, and leads. The Deal Stage feature allows us to see an overview of where our clients are in their process. Staff members and employee emails are grouped together within the company's profile page. HubSpot CRM makes it easy to contact who we need to, and when we need to!
  • Set up scheduled tasks to ensure I follow up with customers
  • Create Deal Stages to track if leads convert to a signup
  • Groups together emails under the company profile page
  • The search functionality needs heavy improvement! There are times the search function doesn't even work, and I'll need to refresh the page. There are times that you're required to be so specific with how you type up the customer email or company name that it doesn't recognize or pick up related results based on keywords.
  • When I manually create a Deal, if the Deal closes, it will automatically update for me, however, it changes my selected filters (for example, it'll change from 2023 Upsell to Complete Shopify sales pipeline).
  • Some things don't get grouped together or suggested to get grouped together as often as they should.
  • It'd be nice to have the email thread contained within the Deal, and not in another HubSpot CRM URL.
  • Shows total sales revenue, which allows us to determine if there's growth and profit
  • HubSpot CRM saves time and energy, this streamlined efficiency brings value
  • Viewing the deal stages shows us if customers are longterm or short-term
It is user-friendly, streamlined, and a great platform.

HubSpot CRM is pretty much relevant for 75% of my job. I send out my emails via HubSpot CRM and Gmail. I schedule calls and follow-ups within HubSpot CRM and I'll use Google Meets for the actual call. HubSpot CRM allows me to track not only leads and sign-ups, but it also adds up the total value.
